Bull and Bear are back after the summer break and raring to go.
The two of them have a follow-up meeting with the Headmaster next Sunday, where they will no doubt be quizzed on the future direction of the property market.
To prepare, Bear gives Bull a quick run-down on everything he's missed over the past month, from the world of politics, to the economy, and of course, property.
As August goes, there's been quite a lot going on, so the two have a fair bit to ponder before they make their case to the Headmaster next week.
