After last weekend's chastening meeting with the Headmaster, Bull and Bear meet up (well prepared this time!) to provide their views and recommendations on the UK residential markets.
There has been so much residential market data published recently that working out what it all means is far from easy. For example, one house price index shows house prices going up, the other shows house prices suffering their first annual fall in three years!
Despite the difficult economic backdrop, and the now widely accepted viability pressures for new development, both Bull and Bear remain in agreement that the UK residential sector still very much merits consideration by investors.
